  Career

  With a passion for human relations, it was a natural choice to enter the field of human resources when I started my career, +/- 20 years ago. Very quickly, I became involved in the management of a series of projects, which allowed me to gain experience in numerous HR aspects, such as recruitment and selection, “change management” and training, among others. This varied experience has given me the opportunity to work in different industrial and commercial sectors, both in Belgium and abroad.

  After a few years in the lobby world, with a focus on marketing and sales, I finally decided, 7 years ago, to become self-employed and to focus again on HR related projects and assignments.

  Role

  Since then I have been providing my services, expertise and skills to small and large companies to search/find their talent. Where necessary, I also participate in internal mobility projects and provide training on various HR related aspects.

  Openness and honesty, “positive” people, curiosity, laughing, walking or cycling, field hockey, the Cevennes and travel in general, going to restaurants with my husband, shashimis

  Routine, lack of humor, lies and hypocrisy, capers and dishes in sauce
