  Career

  From recruitment agency to Talent Acquisition Manager to Trainer, Coach and Management consultant. I have a degree in Marketing and am an EMCC-certified Senior Practitioner Coach, NLP master practitioner. I have 32 years’ experience working with companies and people which has enabled me to explore many facets of human relationships and of self-knowledge.

  Role

  I help private individuals, professionals and companies manage change to reveal potential. My favourite areas are: helping companies by putting people at the heart of things as the drivers of sustainability, and individual and group coaching. My toolkit includes the Systemic Constellations of Organisations, NLP, the Enneagram, TA, Lumina Spark, Spiral Dynamics, my common sense and my experience.

  I like

  Curiosity, awareness, walks and bicycle rides in nature, dancing, Brussels sprouts and Asian cuisine.

  Routine, lack of freedom and meaning, lack of humour, neoliberalism, technocracy, conformism. Fish bones, snakes.
