  Career

  I ended up in the recruitment world by chance and immediately developed a passion for the job. Time flies nowadays and I have gained more than 15 years of experience in the profession. To date, I have held various positions linked to talent acquisition, ranging from headhunter and sourcer to internal recruiter, and at the same time have also had the opportunity to work as a (co-)assessor. Simultaneously, I also developed experience as a trainer and have now over 5 years of experience of giving courses on recruitment and selection.

  Function

  Today, I work as an external recruiter for several clients and support them in the War for Talent. I usually work as a seconded in-house recruiter and, depending on my clients’ requirements, manage their selection procedures from A to Z. I also actively participate in job fairs and get the opportunity to work on HR projects.

  I enjoy

  Challenges, exchanging experiences, human contact, creativity, constructive compromise, swimming, dancing and good meals with friends.

  Complex procedures, hypocrisy, immobility, lack of goodwill and sharks.
