  Career

  I studied economics and started my career in consulting companies. But, I was quickly drawn to HR, particularly “recruiting”. It’s a complete business in itself. Due to the human contact, the negotiating, but especially because it’s possible to find the right fit for every candidate/company. Plus, I can use my love of languages and discover all kinds of different life journeys. My greatest satisfaction is when a former candidate – now a colleague/employee – comes back to see me after a few months and thanks me.
  I’ve been working in the field for 10 years. I’ve had the opportunity to work in different HR roles, on different projects and in different environments. That’s another reason why I want to share my life experience.

  Role

  I’m currently working freelance in…HR (recruiting). I’m doing what I love, while being free to make my own choices. That’s what works best for me right now. I’m responsible for finding the resources needed to meet the digitalisation challenges of the company I’m working for.

  I like

  Spontaneity, freedom, laughter, travel, my family (I’m from the South :-)), discovering new cuisines and dishes, yoga, Pilates (when I’m motivated:-)), the sun (!), flowers, fashion, decorating and interior design.

  I don’t like

  Routine, dishonest, calculating and jealous people, political games, insects.
