  Career

  Twenty-five years of professional experience…always with the same thread: people and relationships; sales, communication (corporate and human resources), management , training and coaching.

  The areas of expertise I’m passionate about: personal and professional development, well-being at work, soft skills, benevolent management, employer brands and the holistic approach to health.

  Role

  Well-being artisan, coach and trainer. I created At Your Max, a personalised toolbox for companies, managers of SMEs/VSEs and private individuals.
  Each “box” is unique and is built jointly with the customer based on their individual and/or collective needs and issues related to career and employment, managerial performance, personal transformation and health promotion.
  I’m also a consultant in HR communication (employer branding and recruiting).
