Career
I fell into Human Resources quite by accident. I had a real crush on the profession of talent hunter that I have been practicing for 17 years. Initially I have a Master's degree in Journalism which I later completed with a Master's degree in Human Resources.
I love accompanying both clients and all the beautiful talented souls I meet.
I am also a certified Transactional Analysis coach, which allows me to support all people in search of professional "meaning", whether in helping to find their life mission or preparing for an interview.

Role
I worked mainly for large multinationals (Accenture, Microsoft, Takeda, Deloitte, McKinsey) which allowed me to develop an in-depth knowledge of the processes as well as the evolution and optimization of these. Idiscovered a wide range of professions in different sectors such as consulting, pharma, chemistry, Finance & Insurance, heavy industry,... I have a lot of interest in all the interview techniques that I adapt and use according to the profiles.
I like
I never get tired of the blue sky (Van Gogh's quote), the magic of life, my loved ones, yoga, hiking, reading and travelling.
I don't like
I am not a big fan of Administrative burden
