After completing my Bachelor's in Business, and with my entrepreneurial spirit, I created two companies and worked on a number of HR teams in small, medium and large companies, usually for market leaders. Ten years later, I took part in the first Master's in HRM training. Fifteen years later, I'm sharing my knowledge with my colleagues, schools/universities/academies as well as in matters of engagement and the employee experience with influential groups to transform this business.

Over the years, I've contributed as a specialist or manager to the sourcing and acquisition of talent and the promotion of the employer brand at the strategic and operational level for TA departments under construction or in transformation.
