"When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down “happy”. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life." - John Lennon

Career
With a Master's in Political Science and a specialist degree in Human Resources, employment and happiness at work have been the common thread of my entire career. It has always been focused on recruiting. First in the interim sector, then quickly in recruiting consultancy. I very quickly became intrigued and passionate about sourcing and executive search. The field nurtures me because of its need for rigour, curiosity and creativity. I first worked as an employee for consulting companies then, for the past 10 years as a freelance consultant.
Role
I've been providing my services to companies and private individuals for the past 10 years. I work in four areas: sourcing, training, professional support and educational orientation. My objective is to create a better tie between supply and demand in the labour market: to help people better define who they are and what they want to offer the market...and help companies better define their needs and their search methods to find the right people to hire. In short, to contribute to better alignment and a labour market focused on people.
To achieve this, I work with enneagram, NLP, RIASEC, explorama and Ikigaï.
