Career
Degree in Political, Economic and Social Sciences, first at the Facultés Universitaires St Louis in Brussels, then at Université de Louvain-la-Neuve. I also have a Master's in Labour and Human Resources Management from UCL. After first working as a consultant for an IBM subsidiary, I continued my career in Sales & People Management and Coaching Business Managers and Salespeople as an IT and Engineering consultant (SkillTeam/IBM, Alten). I've been a team leader, Business Unit leader, Sales Executive and professional coach. I continue to specialise in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Management field. I have 25 years of experience, first as an employee, then working for myself in my own recruiting company (executive search and Talent Acquisition).
Role
I currently work as an independent consultant for a number of companies. I work as a Talent Acquisition expert and guide teams of recruiters and/or salespeople and create new strategies (Talent Acquisition Manager/Coach). I prioritise human relations and communication. I work on the principle that every employee can be talented if they are trained and coached, work hard, and are patient and perseverant.
I like
Long summer nights with friends or family, meeting people, music, light and smiles. I like to watch people, the innocence of children. I'm passionate about human relations and behaviour. I like to paint and create, design and work materials. I like life and everything that makes it beautiful. I like contrast and colours, cooking and eating well in good company. I love animals, cats in particular.
I don't like
Closed minds, people who complain, are dissatisfied or moan and groan, people who restrict others' freedom, dictators and little chiefs, disrespectful people and people who are over-confident and full of themselves. I don't like techno, disease and uneducated people. I don't like rude people, eating the same thing every day, films without hope, addiction and lazy people. I don't like injustice, sad Sundays or bad smells.
