Career
I began my career in recruiting, then I opened the D-Network agency. My entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter personality led me to create ProUnity, a "Tech HR" and to invest in several scale-ups, notably in the digital world. I have a degree in Marketing and a post-graduate degree in Management and Human Resources. My 15 years of experience have taught me that it's essential to be surrounded by people who share the same values and want work done right.
Role
Company manager. I take part in the strategy and management of several companies and I take on the role of Talent Acquisition Director to ensure healthy growth. Where some people see the impossible, I see a world of opportunity, a playground and challenges to meet.
I like
Meeting new people and discovering shared values and interests. I like travelling, sport to burn off the weekend calories. I often turn into a "Belgix" to support our beautiful country and be part of the values of positivity, contribution and creativity.
I don't like
Hypocrisy, extremists and people who don't keep their promises or are not well-intentioned. In terms of food, I'm really not a fan of "andouillette" sausages.
